We took our spring breaker back to college in NYC today.  Of course, no trip to NYC is complete without lunch.  We went to the Riverdale Dinner.  Snapped this quick pic on our way back to Clifton Park.

The website houzz.com had an ideabook with 20 ideas of how to display family photos.  That gave me my idea for today's photo.

Forthysia:
I decided to start documenting all of Mom's creations she has given us over the years.

Forthysia:
We woke to an ice covered world.  Even the window screens were completely ice filled. 

Forthysia:
Recently, I heard a news report that told of a new study on the effects of drinking diet soda.  According to this study, the incident of stroke (or other vascular problems) increased 60% for those that drink diet soda regularly.  I confess I drink ALOT of diet soda.  So, after hearing this report around 3 weeks ago, I have decided to drastically limit my diet soda.  So far, I have completely cut it out.  Cold Turkey!  So, for now, this is my beverage of choice.
